May wear a black or pink leotard, pink tights, and pink ballet slippers with elastic across the instep. Please avoid the satin slippers which look similar but do not have the elastic as these come off the child’s foot while dancing. Thin ballet skirts are acceptable if they do not create a distraction. Long/full tutu’s and/or recital costumes are not acceptable in the classroom.
