Dance Conditioning Progressing Ballet Technique (PBT)
Progressing Ballet Technique is a specialized conditioning program designed to help dancers understand the muscle memory and alignment essential for strong, safe ballet technique. Using stability balls, resistance bands, and focused exercises, students build core strength, control, and body awareness that directly enhance their performance in ballet and other dance styles. This class supports dancers of all levels, helping them move with confidence, precision, and grace.
Toddler Express
Our Toddler Express class introduces children under 3 to the joy of dance, music, and creative play. Little ones explore movement, rhythm, and imagination through guided activities that build coordination, balance, and confidence. Parents are welcome to join in or watch from the sidelines—whatever helps your child feel comfortable as they take their first steps into the world of dance. Each class is filled with laughter, learning, and the foundation for a lifelong love of movement.
Ballet

Hip-Hop

Lyrical

Acrobatics

Pointe
Dancing en pointe is a beautiful milestone in every ballerina’s journey. Our pointe classes focus on building the strength, alignment, and technique needed for safe and graceful movement. Admission to pointe is based on instructor recommendation to ensure each dancer is fully prepared for this exciting step.
Musical Theater
